Order Cancellation Policy

At Bag World Shop, we understand that sometimes plans change. This Order Cancellation Policy explains when and how you can cancel an order and what happens if your order has already been processed or shipped.

Cancelling an Order

You may request to cancel your order before it has been processed or shipped.

To request a cancellation, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible and include:

Your full name
Order number
Email address used for the purchase

We will do our best to accommodate your request.

Orders Already Processed

Once an order has entered processing, we may no longer be able to cancel it.

If cancellation is not possible, you may still be eligible to return the item after delivery in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy.

Orders Already Shipped

Orders that have already been shipped cannot be cancelled.

After receiving your order, you may request a return if the item meets our return eligibility requirements.

Customized or Personalized Orders

Customized, personalized, or made-to-order items cannot be cancelled once production has begun.

Refunds for Cancelled Orders

If your cancellation request is approved before shipment, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please review your shipping details carefully before placing your order.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately. While we will make every effort to update your information before shipment, we cannot guarantee changes once order processing has begun.
